About the journal Tolka is a Dublin-based biannual literary journal of non-fiction, publishing essays, reportage, travel writing, auto-fiction, individual stories and the writing that falls in between. We publish and promote work that is formally promiscuous and which does not fall into fixed categories. Tolka is edited by Catherine Hearn and Liam Harrison, and is proudly supported by the Arts Council.
