Join us in the shop for a very special book signing with the one and only Oliver Jeffers!

Oliver will be joining us to celebrate not only the release of his new picture book A Day Off School (written by Oliver and illustrated by Kevin Waldron), but also the new paperback edition of his classic There’s a Ghost in This House.

You’ll get a free art print with every purchase of either of those two books, and we’ll also have an array of Oliver’s incredible backlist on sale too, ready for him to sign just for you.

Here’s the lowdown on how it’ll work on the day:

  • You must purchase a £5 ticket to attend: this can be redeemed against any Oliver Jeffers book on the day (we’ll have a large selection of his books available as well as the new ones!)
  • One ticket required per group (up to 5 people)
  • The signing will begin at 3:30pm and tickets are limited to ensure everyone will have time to get their books signed, but please be aware that you will have to queue!

About Oliver Jeffers

Oliver Jeffers’ career in children’s books began with his highly acclaimed debut, How to Catch a Star, first published in 2004. Since then, he has become a worldwide phenomenon and a genre-busting creative force in the world of children’s books with book translations in forty-nine languages. Oliver has exhibited in museums and galleries such as the Brooklyn Museum in New York, the National Portrait Gallery in London and the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum in Boston.
