Owen Davey’s stunning illustrations are a firm favourite in our shop, so we’re happier than a crab-eating macaque to welcome him to Storysmith for a one-off session in which you can learn to draw all sorts of animals, based on techniques from Owen’s amazing books:

Join Owen for an hour-long session in which you’ll discover the tricks of using shapes to form animals, and try drawing some of your own!
About Owen Davey
Owen Davey is an award-winning Illustrator from the UK. He has worked with clients including Google, Facebook, Sony, Lego and National Geographic. He is also the lead illustrator on the multi-award winning app Two Dots and produced many picture books over the years, most notably the non-fiction ‘About’ series with Flying Eye Books, which began with ‘Mad About Monkeys’ in 2015. His numerous books have been published in every continent except Antartica. He won Gold at 3×3 Picture Book Awards in 2017 for ‘Smart About Sharks’ and won Silver and Bronze the following year.
