About Katie Cottle

Katie Cottle is a Welsh illustrator who now lives in Bristol. She’s illustrated a number of children’s books, and she’s written a few, too. Katie uses lots of bright colours (orange being a particular favourite), lots of texture and has lots of fun with characters. When she’s not drawing, she’s probably daydreaming about her future pets or feeding the ducks that live nearby.

About The Legend of the Wild West Twins

This is THE LEGEND of the WILD WEST twins…

Listen up, folks! Buffalo Lil and Buffalo Jill looked just the same but they were as different as apple pie and cacti. The people of Lone Ridge loved Jill, but they thought Lil was too big for her boots – especially when she entered the RIP ROARING RUMBLE Wild West competition against the town’s hero YEE-HAW Jack. But when there was a big HOO-HA at the Rumble, Lone Ridge needed both girls.

After all, there’s more than one way to be a cowgirl . . .
