Our range of monthly book subscriptions are the perfect gift for that friend who’s always looking for their next great read, or as a gift to yourself if you’re in need of reading inspiration.

We pride ourselves on our hand-picked selection of books in the shop, and this way we can bring that joy to everyone!

How it works:

Every month you’ll receive a hand-picked new book in the post from us. It’ll be something we’ve loved in the shop, recommended to countless friends and customers and spent ages chatting about. From forgotten classics and cutting-edge curios to prize-winners and underground hits, we think you’ll love our selection.

You can select either a fiction or non-fiction package (or you can alternate), and we’ll include some useful notes from us, as well as some delicious coffee from our friends at Triple Co Roast (roasted close to us in Bristol) to sip while you devour your latest read. It’ll slide through your letterbox every month, all in a beautiful hand-stamped bundle.

Includes three monthly deliveries of a hand-picked book with some useful notes on that month’s book selection from us. You’ll also get one delicious bag of Triple Co Roast coffee with your first delivery, to enjoy while you read.

Storysmith’s half-year of curious reading

Includes six monthly deliveries of a hand-picked book, notes on the book selection from us and two bags of Triple Co Roast coffee (one every three months).

Buying a subscription as a gift? Make sure you put in the correct name and delivery address for your recipient at the checkout.

We’ll also include a printable voucher with each order in case you want something to hand over when gifting. It’ll be attached to your order confirmation email (there should be a download link).

We dispatch all subscription packages out in the first week of the month.

If you or your gift recipient receive a book you already own, you can exchange it for another.

Triple Co Roast coffee is suitable for cafetières. Not a coffee fan, or perhaps you’d prefer beans to ground? We can send some delicious Bristol Twenty tea instead, or swap your ground coffee for beans – just let us know.
